The Hottest Brunch Spot In PDX is Right Under Our Nose
NE Portland’s Old Salt Marketplace is a a deli, supperhouse, classroom, pop-up restaurant space, and meat counter with a focus on supporting local and sustainable farming practices. And as if that wasn’t enough, Old Salt also serves up what very well may be the best brunch (in a town where we love our brunch) every Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 3 PM. Don’t believe us? Let’s start with the coffee: Extracto Roasters, brewed strong, and attentive staff that never let your cup run dry.
Next, the food itself. We went for the Eggs Benedict, being the sensible brunchers that we are, but the entire menu is equally stunning. Here’s July’s menu, but be sure to check Old Salt’s website for the most up to date version.
